whole company.
¡¡¡¡5S, which means SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE is
carried out to create a good working environment, foster good
working habit of the employees and improve working efficiency
of the employees. 5S is the basis of on-site management, and
5S level represents the understanding of importance of on-site
management, which affects the efficiency and effectiveness of
all the enterprise activities. The company promotes 5S in all
the departments of the enterprise and standardizes on-site management
process.
¡¡¡¡Everyone likes to work in a clean environment with high efficiency,
and we understand that a clean working environment is an basic
project to minimize waste, improve efficiency and decrease substandard
rate. All the work in a company needs to be done by human, so
a company will not develop without employees who are disciplined
and active. As a production company, we need to do a lot to
improve in many aspects, so on-site management is even more
important to us. The most important one of the 5 elements is
SHITSUKE, which means quality. On one hand, we let the employees
feel the benefit of 5S themselves with concrete improvements.
On the other hand, we strengthen the implementation of 5S through
activities such as 5S Month after the primary period of 5S movement.
